Business Controller

• own business case (BC) benefit tracking, milestones, cost reporting & maintenance, align BC stakeholders, be point of contact for ad hoc tasks & perform financial analysis for the mgmt • do cost accounting, contract & project financials trouble shooting with department controlling, vendor mgmt & portfolio mgmt • own contract database, advice contract owners during the entire contract request process, evaluate accruals & solve invoice issues with vendors • create project & program status reports

- lead overall department forecast (CH,APAC,EMEA) including challenging sub-departments & do top level adjustments - responsible for all relevant financial management processes of several sub-departments & the preparation, analysis & monitoring of the cost accounting - advising & supporting the line management in decision making (e.g. contracts, performance management & resource situation) - closely collaboration & supporting the project portfolio management - coaching of new employees, trainings

- prepare cost accounting forecast (CH), follow up on open issues - process ad-hoc requests from CFO, management, project leaders - support of budgeting process, track, control the budgets, be escalation point - create monthly management reports - ensure data quality and up-to-dateness of project management tools, set up, coordinate & hold classroom knowledge transfer sessions, be administrator & first level support - cover invoice/accruals handling as well as contract management

- successfully complete the career starter trainee program - support invoice/accrual management and month end closing - prepare cost accounting forecast (CH) - ensure data quality and up-to-dateness of used project management tools - do financial reporting and headcount controlling

- create process documentations, support the Sarbanes-Oxley-Act Project - assist senior company controller, enhance reporting to Head of Finance
