I started as a Software Developer for the IKARUS AntiVirus program. Within a short time period I switched to the IKARUS Security.Manager Team, where we started using Scrum for a product that should be redeveloped and set on new feed. At the beginning I was Scrum Master and Software Developer in the team, but by the time, because there was no Product Owner, I also starting filling out that job. After 1 year I also got the role as Team Lead of the team and tried to to my best not to be a hierarchical.

At Tricentis I again starting working in the region of a tool for test automation. This time it was keyword driven testing. I worked as a software developer on the Engine, that where used to record and play using Microsoft technologies (C#, C++, Basic, WinForms). I always tried to establish Scrum as the Software Develoment process.

I started my work at Borland Software Corp. as a Software Developer at the Silk Performer Team. A product for performance testing. In 2007 the company decided to establish Scrum as their favorite framework for software development. This was when I became Scrum Master of the Silk Performer Teams. Additional to being a Scrum Master I still was a software developer of 1 of the two teams, because it was not yet seen that this might be a full time job.
