Responsible for building of operations, using synergies, upgrading of existing functions. Lead 30 people (Zurich, New York), produced Management Accounts, GAAP results, underwriting portfolio reports. Workout, claims containment actions, settlements. Key driver for NAS Surety (primary insurance).

Responsible for acquisition and support for four different client segments: specialized credit insurers, surety companies, political risk insurers and banks, lead 10 underwriters (Zurich, Johannesburg, Singapore, Tokyo), non-proportional costing and re-pricing of US Surety market

Responsible underwriter for various markets, in particular Asia, project leader “Non-Proportional Pricing for Credit”, on-the-job training task for new employees and apprentices
