In the role of Technical Product Owner of the adidas.com Continuous Integration team I was responsible for improving the quality and time-to-market for the adidas.com website. In the role of Senior Solution Architect I was responsible for the solution architecture definition and governance for several programs in the areas of product planning and competitive product monitoring.

As a Solution Architect I was responsible for defining and assessing software quality for several product teams in adidas Global IT. Key responsibilities included: • Creating and maintaining adidas software development guidelines for C# / .NET • Conducting architecture and source code reviews • Consulting vendor development teams on how to implement Continuous Integration for .NET solutions • Assessing vendor’s software development processes at their respective offshore premises

In this role I was developing web applications in the areas of innovation management and product merchandizing. Key responsibilities included: • Consulting customers and providing accurate estimates for work as outlined in the project briefs • Implementing, testing and delivering software solutions • Environment configuration and management at customer’s premises • Leading and growing a team of software engineers • Recruiting, mentoring and attracting interns to software engineering
