I am the Managing Director and newest Partner of Tech Connectors - TC Group. I have been brought in to execute the leadership strategy of establishing a business with its core function focusing on driving value creating data-driven resource management propositions for our partners in Northern Europe (Germany, Benelux and France) I will be overall in charge of executing the strategy for driving our delivery capabilities to selective partners and clients.

Focusing on digital transformation and smart data-driven decisions within business restructuring, near-shoring, internationalization. Through a strong and established eco-systems of partners we have the know-how to deliver resources on freelance and permanent basis, and consulting services with resource management, market segmentation analysis, when building realistic scale-able plans for technical capabilties, IT projects, functions or teams.

I joined to create the commercial proposition and strategy for a growth initiative towards the nordic countries. With consultants in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway I took the function from zero to a developed, sustainable function before being headhunted to create the Nordic and European function at SGI.
