Novatum is a hands-on consulting company dealing with technology transfer and business development related projects. Aside of servicing high-tech, mostly VC financed startups (Prodmaster, Inkspin1, GuardTime, et al), our people have successfully launched and managed over 30 large-scale projects financed by FP6, Phare, INTERREG.

Wicom Communications was a VC funded developer of IP based enterprise communication and contact center software. The company was acquired by SAP AG in '07. My tasks included market planning, partner relations, business modelling and consulting for ASP partners in EMEA.

MicroLink Data was a division of a VC funded IT group MicroLink that dealt with managed IT services (networking, housing, hosting, desktop management) in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The company was acquired by TeliaSonera in '05. My tasks included co-developing a business model for networking business line, owning the service portfolio turnaround process in three countries; participating in a workgroup to include a foreign strategic investor; partner relations; leading major tender processes

Ariko Marketing was one of the pioneering market research companies in Estonia specializing in IT&C and financial services sectors. My responsibilities included co-ordinating market research projects within IT and telecommunications verticals, account management, consulting and lecturing in fields of marketing and product development
