Regional coordination Asia labs and certification bodies in EU, US, Brazil, Australia. Technical support and coordination with Global Technical Committees. Implementing and supervising the Asia-wide certification workflow processes, including development and improvement of quality procedures and qualification of personnel for certification operations and coordination of complaint handling and follow-up for NCBs. Supporting and coordinating external accreditation audits etc.

Electrical Safety & Fitness-for-use testing for household appliances and power tools for retail clients in the German, European and Japanese market. Drafting and review of internal test procedures and quality documents. Review and authoring of user instruction manuals for retail client projects.

IECEE Certifier for the National Certification Body (JP-TUV) for CB test reports from the labs in China, Taiwan, Korea and Japan (OFF/TRON/HOUS)

Business development for product quality testing services for retailers (fitness-for-use) and reliability testing services for outsourced R&D services for various product groups (electrical, mechanical). Marketing concept, sales activities, specification of test requirements in close coordination with clients, prepare quotations, testing projects in coordination with the lab, reporting of test results.
