My job obligations are: informing people about their rights such as financial help during unemployment period, possibilities for further education, informing them about workplaces they can apply, sometimes to motivate them to try even if they heard "NO" to many times, and also administration part of work.

My job assignments was counseling the students about their career using psychological methods (skills testing, interviewing etc.) and communication with them about their further possibilities and options, in regards to personal preferences and grades. Other part was professional selection of candidates for private companies using psychological methods and testing, and finally, counseling the employer about the best choice of candidates.
