Leading several projects from field of Communal Services and Environment with value of each approximate 15-20.000.000 €, from A-Z. Collect all documentation from all stakeholder for provision of financial resources from international financial institutions (EIB, KFW, RBD banks) and international donors.

-Improve GAP analysis for infrastructure projects from state reputation and establishment of the SPP list, adopted by the Government of Montenegro (1.July 2017). - Responsible for analysis all projects at the state level from the infrastructure, from social activities and other infrastructure (total of 30 projects). -Determining the maturity of the project on the basis of which the funds for their realization are obtained (grants, loans).

Design with team all projects, and Preparation of documentation for the project presentation, in Auto Cad, Photoshop and PowerPoint. Most of the projects I worked on were for the Middle East. There were included projects in all fields of architecture, such as: spatial planning, residential buildings, housing buildings, commercial etc.
