My responsibilities included: - Holding and supervising the editorial staff meetings. - Planning the editorial content, answering incoming e-mails and attending press conferences. - Translating Editorials & Adverts from English to Arabic and vice verse - Supervising the execution of the marketing plan. - Organizing and supervising exhibitions and introducing the magazine and its concept to universities and schools. - Interviewing and recruiting new employees, preparing monthly and yearly assessments.
