Marwan Abushammala

I work as a project manager for all software projects between Huawei and Etisalat and my role is to handle all software projects end to end with the customer and internal teams to guarantee that each project achieves its target within the agreed budget, and to manage all stakeholders influencing these projects effectively.

1- Work as an account director to handle the customer (Huawei) and to increase the company profitably and reduce the running costs. 2- Open a new account with Etisalat Egypt “the third mobile operator in Egypt”, and getting the first PO with 1 million EGP.

1. Responsible for technical forecast/budget studying & aligning between the Technical department and marketing department for all services such as (MOUs: Minutes Of Use, DATA, and VAS services). 2. Project Manager for new Etisalat Stores implementation and for preparing for new events, which will have huge traffic on the network to prepare for it from technical side prospective

1-Project engineer for installing and configuring of different VAS products including ( WAPGW, MMSC, MTV, VOICE MAIL, SMSC, VOICE SMS, Collect Call, and MCN), and making acceptance for each product. 2. Testing for new handset terminals & Blackberry handsets. 3. implementing new Expansion for WAPGW.

1. Deliver technical training for mobile operators & Huawei staff for courses & applications such as (SMSCWAPGW- MMSC-SMC GW-AAA-MTV- Unix-Linux-Oracle) 2. Obtaining Huawei certificate as an instructor for Huawei VAS services (SMSC-MMSC-WAPGW-Mobile TVUnix- Oracle-SS7)

In the period from October 2002- to August 2005 (3 years) I delivered more than 2000 Hours in this period including: 1. Operating Systems (Unix & Linux(Basic/Administration/Networking) 2.Internet Fundamental& Network Fundamental& CCNA 3. A+(Hardware/Operating System), MCDST& ICDL 4. Microsoft Office ( Word-Excel-PowerPoint-Access)

My grades in fundamental engineering subjects were also very high such as in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and computer sciences, Electrical Power, Artificial Intelligence and Data Structure.
