I support the company's customers in matters related to SAP BASIS like SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Hana Database.

I was responsible for the SAP Enterprise Portal environment, co-responsible for SAP Business Objects and activities in SAP Solution Manager 7.2

Respond to incidents regarding the SAP Basis environment with German colleagues, implement monitoring of interfaces, jobs and Business Process. Weekly meetings to discuss of health of environments with Germany. Responsible for SAP Solution Manager.

The other company Tridmen was incorporated to the main company Teclógica. The activities was maintain the SAP Environment.

I worked with the following assignments: Installation and administration of SAP CE 7.2, PI 7.0, ECC Ehp6, SAP R / 3 4.6 on Windows platform and Oracle database; Installation and administration of SAP Netweaver Webdispatcher on Windows and Linux platform; Management and adminsitration 27 environments; User administration in Active Directory on Windows 2008; Transparent proxy implement using SQUID;

I have worked with the following duties: • Support for Windows XP and Vista users; • Migration from physical to virtual servers; • Project of displacement of the physical servers of a multinational of Colombia for virtual servers in Brazil; • Asterisk telephony (VOIP); • Linux server management; • Management of Windows 2000 and 2003 servers; • Backup management in Windows environment.
