Overall controlling the orders per assigned factories and responsible for all the communications between customers and factory/suppliers from downloading of orders up to shipment as well as releasing of payments. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:· *Checking of order confirmation from suppliers into GBS (Global Business System), to see if its done on time at a given time frame and if the Assigned Booked Month were followed *Confirmation of orders to customers through GBS

Responsible for preparing all the material requirements based on monthly order quantities ; Supervised to Senior and Junior material requirements planner for preparing such as: M.R.P. of upper materials based on Bill of Materials; M.R.P. of bottom and bottom accessories based on order by size ; M.R.P. of labels and stickers; M.R.P. of inner boxes as well as outer cartons ; M.R.P. of cements, paints and adhesive and other materials Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
