• Directly reporting to Senior Manager for Logistics. • Responsible in Direct Material Purchasing Activities and support. • Responsible in Negotiation and update of the correct prices in the system via Info records for local direct materials. • Support on the following: • Planning Department – for all system issues and project implementations  recent project Supply On via WEB EDI and SAP APO7 upgrade. •Localization Project for Direct Material Responsible for New Product Launch Logistics

• Consignment Project and SCM@CAS Implementation Coordinator – Includes:  Kick Off meetings  EDI testing with suppliers  System Support • Direct Material Purchasing • Sourcing of Local Suppliers • Supplier Management and Development • System and other Logistics Support for 2 plants (Manila and Calamba) • Project Implementation Coordinator/Key User • Supported Continental Plant in Tianjin, China (in 2007) and Continental Plant in Nogales, Mexico (former ACES plants) for SAP Implem.

• Act as overall coordinator for the SAP system in Continental Temic plants Manila and Calamba between our ITCA (IT Competence Center Asia) and the Business side which includes the following Departments:  Production Planning and Material Controlling  Warehouse  Purchasing Direct and Indirect  Industrial Engineering  Plant Maintenance  Facilities • SAP PP/MM Key User which provide technical and management advisory assistance to the implementation of the SAP Logistics System.

• Responsible in releasing the Daily Production Performance Report – this measure the overall performance of the EBS Department. • Responsible in releasing the Inventory Report – SAP (BW) base daily reports which measures the individual planner’s performance with respect to inventory level, raw material and WIP and FG level. • Monthly reconciliation of data with Warehouse Department with respect to total output vs. shipment. • Update Monthly Presentation Reports – Call-Off vs. Budget vs. Production Plan

• Planning Just-In-Time delivery (for local deliveries). • Closely monitoring of daily inventory of parts at the warehouse and capacity based on planned production. • Responsible in handling locals’ unique and bulky parts. E.g. plastics, metals, packaging. • Measures vendor performance based on their on-time delivery and inventory on-hand (Hub Pull). • Arrange exception reports and follow-up with suppliers on their commitment.

• Direct Material delivery assurance • PO issuance and maintenance. • VQM (Vendor Quote Maintenance) • PR creation especially for tooling of new product for direct materials. • Route all necessary documents. (Invoices, gate pass, RMA’s, ECN, etc.) • Obtained the Best Expediter Award in December 1998.
