An experienced, MBA qualified, banking and financial services professional, with expertise in business strategy and operations, risk management, organisational design and strategic transformation programmes. I have played a key role in some of the largest business transformation programmes ever undertaken in the financial services sector, and have brought technical expertise and strong, collaborative leadership to these, contributing to their success.

Set up the governance framework for the Corporate Banking Division Asset Protection Scheme Programme and worked with key stakeholders to bring in ongoing programme management.Took on role of Asset Protection Scheme Risk Programme Lead in Corporate Banking Division to coordinate asset selection, data reconciliations and submission of initial data sets to HM Treasury. Co-ordinated input from key Group and Divisional Risk .

Primarily responsible for the efficient and effective processing and operations for credit risk management of lending facilities made available to clients in the Commercial, Corporate, Financial Institutions and Intermediaries (including hedge funds, private equity funds, funds of funds and real estate funds) and Securities Services businesses in SCB International.

Practical experience of Credit Committee and delegated approval processes, with large personal sanctioning authority. Set up and held regular meetings with key stakeholders to encourage ‘no surprises’ culture, robust credit stewardship and effective information flow. These roles covered a wide range of activities, some of which were: • Programme managing the integration of SFG and Nat West Corporate & Commercial Banking credit policies, procedures and portfolio reporting frameworks. • Delivering high quality, value adding reports on multi-billion lending portfolio to executive and senior management. • Preparing, negotiating and sanctioning legal facility documentation for the Bank's highest value and most • Serving customers in branch banking.
