Team leader of a small group of mobile engineers; Took on some management responsibilities. • Led the team through the post-acquisition difficulties, integrating the team within Yelp. • First ex-Qype engineer to work on Yelp’s mobile API for the consumer apps. • “Pushmaster” responsible for the deployment of backend code to production for the EU offices.

Automated the localization process on both the Android and the iOS clients. • Improved stability and performances of the iOS client, modernizing and, whenever possible, restructuring most of the legacy code developed by an external company.

Full responsibility for the iOS application of the social network GFace. • Designed and implemented a set of iOS libraries to speed up mobile development. • Defined a set of style guides to introduce designers to the iOS platform.

Developed demos and proof of concepts for international customers. • Involved in UX design of multi-platform projects, especially on iPhone and iPad. • Supported sales defining technical requirements for customers such as FIAT, HP, Vodafone and Pelephone.

Managed several multimedia projects from design to delivery, mostly on iOS and Android. • Mentored a few junior developers. • Designed and implemented a JME/Blackberry GUI framework used in several projects. • Worked on multimedia mobile applications for international customers (e.g. Orange Israel, H3G IT / UK / SE).

Managed a cross-functional team of five developers and guided the development of several multiplayer games. • Designed, and partially developed, a server application to handle logins and subscriptions of multiplayer games for different mobile phone operators.

Optimized handling of games resources, creating an IDE for a simplified development process from resource files aggregation to package building. • Introduced a new efficient way to compose sprite and full-screen animations through the creation of a versatile animation editor. • Developed a few multiplayer games for some Italian mobile phone providers (H3G, Wind, Vodafone).

Developed websites, CMS and desktop applications for several companies and businesses. • Developed a few web games for skill gaming portals. • Provided technical assistance to small companies.
