As Head of Information & Communications Technology Office for CAFèNOIR Srl Group, reporting directly to the CEO, I managed a team of 9 people considering both internal and external support, with a yearly budget of about 500k €. One of the main results achieved is the introduction of the new ERP after a deeply analysis of the information process. The adoption of the new ERP is completed on time supporting all business goals.

Analysis, development and management of more projects related to Human Resources of the Region Piedmont. Implementation of ETL processes using SAS Data Integration Studio, MS SQL Server and Oracle. I was also involved, as a point of reference, in the decision process about the projects.

HeGoS Project: SAS portal platform created for health data, use of indicators and custom reporting under the Lombard local health. Installation, testing and validation at Lecco ASL; Pharmaceutical Project: development of ETL processes regarding use of pharmaceuticals in the Lombardy Region. Creating OLAP cubes for reporting and data analysis.

Master Degree’s thesis preparation on the analysis of the information system decision adopted by Piaggio. In particular, analysis on how information are used by users of various functional areas and proposals for its optimization.
