Operations Manager, Head Butler: Member of the management team, with direct contribution to short and long-term organisational planning and overall project strategy in conjunction with holding company, SDG. Management of daily operations, which include: Planning for human resources, determining staffing requirements, conducting interviews, appointment of new employees, important follow up of engineering, standards and all operating procedures for the business. Defining pre-opening cuisine catering.

Events consulting VIP service catering and events: Organisation of banquets, conferences, gala dinners, catering service, looking after VIP customers. Day-to-day responsibilities included: In house training with master watchmakers, knowledge of the manufacturer’s products and movements, prospecting and identifying potential new customers, managing the sales team, receiving customers, helping to launch new AP products.

Public Relations Manager: Receiving and managing clients from arrival to departure, providing replies to their questions, responding to their ad hoc requests, dealing with complaints; identifying problems. Role included discretion, together with efficient anticipation of conflict. Position required flexibility at all times plus visits, renting villas and searching for new potential customers.

Food and Beverage Director: Management, coordination and training of waiting team for the Lounge and “Le Loti” Restaurant. Updating and checking of till using a Micros Fidelio system. Organisation of themed evening events.
