Worked on MSN.it start-up (employee n° 1) as head of Marketing & Business Development, seeking and establishing the company’s local business, working with partners and the Global MSN team to drive the company’s long-term local success; defining products functionality, market acceptance, competitive requirements, business modeling and performance metrics.
