I worked as a specialist for raw material - plastic granulates, masterbatches, dye stuff, supplier logistics sulutions (KANBAN, Milk Run etc). I worked on operational level in purchasing processes (RFQ, orders, RM stock monitoring) and handled negotiations with suppliers. Member of supplier audit team, responsible for audits of the suppliers I handled. Responsible for implementation on new suppliers/materials in order to gain savings and/or improve production process and output.

Head of logistics department, responsible for all logistics operations in construction company, Responsible for fleet of +200 vehicles and +50 skilled drivers. Car & Truck fleet management, timeplans for drivers, coordination with project leaders on logistic projects. Implementor of Fleet analysies with smart/computer solutions (total fleet utilization). Responsible for improving savings with fuel consumption analysis and implementing changes in work process and project process on construction sites.
