As a resident application engineer my main focus is to support the transition to AVL PUMA 2 and support the process of standardizing within test field to a more efficient and user-friendly solution. In this process I am supporting engine, powertrain and hybrid test facilities on site and preparing for additional test capabilities with facility expansions.

Working with finding solutions within the product line of AVL and our sub suppliers to give the best solutions to customer requests. The job is to manage and support the solution process from the sales engineer receives the request to the project have been bought. As a technical sales engineer I have also worked as the technical support in the discussions at customer sites to define the request and discuss quotations to define a solution with the sales engineer.

I my position as application efficiency engineer I have worked in fault finding and process optimization tasks within AVL Puma in the engine test environment. I have worked with projects from startup of new test cells to projects which improves efficiency and standardization within the full test field of testbeds.

Working with testing and calibration of diesel engines for Perkins and Caterpillar. The test is done with the dynamometer control software D2T Morphee and CANape as ECU controller. I have been working with different tasks from vibration tests to emissions tests to gain knowledge and experience.The emission equipment which is used is from AVL.
