Managing five resources in the WW Partner Portal Web Architecture Team. Driving the development and globalization of HP's channel partner portal.

HP is transitioning from a regional channel partner portal structure toward a globalized model. I am responsible for managing the site navigation and publishing on a WW level and for driving further standardization and harmonization toward this framework. To achieve this objective I have to interpret the requirements of the business units and internal stakeholders and develop these into solutions on the portal.

Managing remote team - activities for web. Responsible for developing and improving navigation and usability of reseller partner portal. Web design – mockups and implementation. Driving implementation of eServices as projects. Subject Matter Expert for search engine.

Web master for the Swedish section of the pan EMEA Compaq / HP reseller portal. web development – building internal applications as well as functionality used on the portal making use of technologies like ASP, XML, and SQL.

Administration and documentation of the Compaq reseller portal. Sales support for the Compaq reseller channel. Lead and campaign management. Pre-sales support with focus on technical solutions.
