- Overview the monthly and yearly closing of the four different entities by preparing the IFRS P&L and commenting the result to the head-quarter in France. - Participate in the computation of different steps of the budget and the 3 year plan to deliver to the head-quarter. - Review twice a year of the budget to adapt the expectations and take into account the new assumptions of the market. - Analyse key costs in order to manage the expenses of the company.

- Creation of a balanced scorecard concerning the different clients to follow on the company quality. - Actualization and modernization of the intern tools of operationnal performances. - Participation in the different reports made by the accountant monthly and annually. - Manage the creation of new tools depending on the needs of the department.

- Recorded clients sales and purchases with Sage software - Elaborate Balance Sheet and Income Statement - Record fiscal declarations

- Predominantly French department store client. - Control and analyse balance sheet and income statement for the cycles : sales, purchases, stocks, cash flow, fixed assets. Review annual report to assure accuracy of the informations.
