Recruited and now manage the engineering team (6) in charge of research, development and operations. Designed and implemented system architecture, integrated data mining & information retrieval modules to analyze customer textual content. I also do whatever else needs to be done: product management, customer support.

Championed and obtained internal funding for the development of ns-3. Recruited, managed, and led local development team (5). Managed relationships with international collaborators (US, EU, JP). Designed and Implemented core API, wifi models. Created and actively encouraged open source community around ns-3. Obtained PhD by showing how ns-3 could be leveraged to decrease the cost of network protocol testing and validation.

Relocated to University of Washington for 10 months to help local team with API design.

Designed & implemented "DVD navigation". Shipped on millions of units worldwide since then. Debugged kernel-level video drivers, development boards and firmware blobs.
