Assisted in daily tasks: information research, various analysis.  Specifics Projects: Established and proposed new processes for purchasing. Managed a drug test tender’s preparation and redaction. Organized the first global purchasing managers event

 Financial Audit: Participated in various audit missions. Analyzed and assessed multiple accounts: banks, customers, suppliers, capital assets. Investigated bank reconciliations to show errors.  Accounting: Registered accounting entries and established bank reconciliations of customers.

 Greeted customers, helped and advised them with their demands  Provided efficient and responsive service to customer (through phone, e-mails, face) and managed unforeseen events
