In October 2019 I secured a further promotion to Recruitment Consultant. I now manage our relationships with a number of companies within the Space industry across Europe. My focus is to build strong relationships with small, medium and large Space/Satellite companies including new start ups and established businesses. I will always work with candidates to achieve their dream job in this wonderful industry.

In April 2019 I secured a promotion to Senior Delivery Consultant. My role is still to support our Account Managers/Management Consultants in sourcing fully qualified candidates for vacancies with our existing client base, but also to begin Business Development and attract new clients in the Space and Satellite industry to use our services.

As a Delivery Consultant at Capital International Staffing, my role was to ensure that all vacancies are filled with highly qualified candidates whilst offering an excellent personable service.

I spent 2017 on a year secondment in the CRM team at Avios in the Customer function as a CRM Executive. I was responsible for the timely delivery of the Avios Newsletter, as well as a number of other key strategic, personalised communications.

I joined Avios at the start of January 2015 as a Partnership Executive in the Retail Banking team. We are responsible for overseeing the Credit Card, Insurance and Cash Passport side of our Non Air Partners. I assist two strategic Partnership Managers in the management of the retail banking relationships. This includes both acquisition and depth. Partners include the Lloyds Bank Group, TSB, RAC, Multi Currency Cash Passport.

I assisted our partnership managers manage over 650 partners. These include major partners that fall in to a number of leading categories. My duties include; ensuring a contract and the relevant financial paper work is signed by both Tesco and the partners. I am a day to day contact for all of the partners. I manage amends to the Clubcard Boost website. I assist with making website amends including basic HTML coding.

My main roles in this job included; being part of the fraud prevention team, processing postal and dot com bookings, answering inbound calls, postal duties and to action reports.

As a pre-flight officer my role was to ensure everything before flight took off was in place and sorted, this included; Seating the aircraft, managing food loads and daily figures, data entry, dealing with and monitoring internal and external emails, arranging assistance for passengers with special needs and holding telephone conversations with passengers and other tour operators. This role was ended short as XL Airways went in to liquidation.
