• Lead Data Team (LSMW Developers, ABAP Developers, Informatica Consultants, Internal and Off shore resources) for the efforts related to data extraction, data staging solution (Data Cleansing Templates, Data Quality checks), LSMW development and Data Load. • Define SAP R/3 Data Migration Strategy, Procedures and Implement Best Practices • Define Data Cleansing Strategies, Procedures, Communications and Tracking Tools • Plan Data Load Cycles and technical data load dependencies for all data objects

• Prepare Data Migration Cutover Plan and Lead Cutover/Hypercare (Period before/after Go Live) • Plan and Coordinate execution of unit testing (OQ Test) and Data verification (PQ Test) for all Data Objects • Coordinate and integrate with other Teams (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Production, Design, Training, Technical etc) • Prepare project status communication to project management related to migration efforts

• Support Local Data Organization during data Migration with expertise and knowledge • Coordinate data cleansing and migration activities for all modules in scope • Teach Informatica and support the data mapping activities to SAP R/3 Data Objects • Support during Cutover and Hypercare

• Coordinate and execute Data Cleansing for MM Module • Material Master data improvements • Perform MM Data Mapping and Validation to SAP R/3 Data Objects, data preparation with Informatica Powercentre and data load using LSMW • Prepare Dual Maintenance Strategies, Procedures and Quick Reference Guides • MDM (not SAP Add on) Data Governance, Process Analysis, Organization Alignment and Object Analysis, Forms Implementation, KPI and Data Quality Measurements
