The newly established function is in charge of supporting Business Division and Risk Dept in designing credit processes, supporting Risk Dept and organisational development specialist in designing the evolution of the organisational set-up of the Risk Dept. My Main responsibilities are: - Leading the effort of starting up the new function - Being the reference point (Business Partner) for Management in all credit process topics - Plan and coordinate the activities of the function

The function is responsible for supporting both the head of the Business Unit "Financing and Advisory", in the overall steering of the business, and both Global and Local product lines in: - development of their business and operating model, - management of projects aiming at developping the business capabilities, - origination and development of new business opportunities.

Responsible for the setting up of the Organisational Structure of Corporate and Investment Banking Area of the UniCredit Group. The responsibility includes: setting-up the organisational structure in 4 Countries (Austria, Germany, Italy and Poland), assure the proper governance mechanism, define interaction between the different Business Units belonging to CIB, define the sizing of those and lead the change management effort until the “go live” of the new set-up.

The Corporate Division is responsible for Corporate Banking business in: Austria, Germany and Italy. The Unit is responsible for: • Process designing and maintenance ; • Organisation development; • Cost Management In concrete my main activities were: • Organisation development projects with focus on cross fertilisation and efficiency improvement; • Single reference point for cost management ; responsible for the NBO process (applied to all Other Administrative Expenses above 50 thousand Euros);

Supports to the newly created Division in: -identification and coordination of projects - definition and roll out of methodologies and tools - development of standard and ad hoc reports for the Top Management
