Developing new products and series product improvement according to processes from idea to industrialization phase. Testing methodologies definition on product or components. Gathering market needs and trends for product development. Project Manager for new development and Product Line projects with international team coordination and target in term of quality, time and cost. Even if in technical area strong presence of business development activities in the role are requested.

Technical support to German Sales team and Customers, being the customer technical interface and providing continuous and professional service. Contribute to customer fidelization and scouting for new projects. Coordinate technical issue between sales and technical areas, and Customers. Providing input for new product and application development. Project Management, Product definition and proposal, Product development and industrialization according to quality processes (APQP). Customer Complaint management

Manage Customer Complaints on Units and bearings in series production being the key person between Manufacturing, Application Engineer, Sales and Customer. Manage Product Quality during product development phase till industrialization. Knowledge of main tools DFMEA, HoQ, DfSS, etc. and APQP process. Responsible at Country level for UNI ISO Standards
