Responsible for the oversight and direction of the international Regional Clubs program and the creation and implementation of major and special alumni events.

Independently responsible for the recruitment, hiring and evaluation of professional, clerical, and trades staff for the college. Managed the employee evaluation cycle for hundreds of union and non-union staff employees.

Responsible for the redesign and implementation of alumni activities and the operation of the Alumni Affairs Office. Coordinated public relations, communications, marketing, and alumni services to the College’s fifty thousand alumni. Independently served as the executive director and the College’s primary point-of-contact to the Alumni Association.

Independently organized all aspects of on-campus marketing programs for the Office of Admissions, overseeing the experience for thousands of annual guests to the campus. Coordinated college open houses, group tours of campus, daily tour visitation, guidance counselor events, gifted scholars receptions, overnight visitation programs and accepted student day. Responsible for the hiring, training, scheduling and budgeting of 75 College Ambassadors.
