Team member of process specialists for Manufacturing Excellence in USP and MBS. I support Tech. -transfer from PD/MSAT into a ramping up GMP phase III / commercial DS manufacturing plant. My tasks includes: • Aseptic process design • Technical contact person in manufacturing department for process questions / issues / improvements for clients and internal groups • Support in CC, DEV, RA, CAPA • Technical MBR and SOP creation/review • Support in equipment and process qualification (URS/DQ,FAT/SAT,IOPQ)

Planing, operating and supervising in GMP manufacturing in different scales, from vial to 200 L SUB´s. Experiences with Cellstacks, T-flasks, roller bottles, shake flasks and bioreactors with bacteria, fungi, mammalian cells and respective viruses. - Generating quality documents (RA, CC, CAPA, DEV, RCA) - Subject matter expert filter integrity testing and liquid waste disposal - Qualification of new and already existing equipment - Interacting and coordinating tasks with QA, QC, PD, DP and warehouse
