- Market Requirement Specification for * all oncology application at CT (syngo CT Oncology, syngo Colonography CT ,syngo LungCARE) * Oncology Engine in syngo.via in strong cooperation with Siemens Healthcare Molecular Imaging * SPECT-PET application requirements * all 2D and 3D applications (syngo 3D, syngo InSpace 4D) * Generic Reading in syngo.via - Lead of Oncology team - Lead of 2D/3D team in syngo classic

- Concept responsibility for * Oncology (syngo CT Oncology, syngo Colonography CT) * Radiotherapy * Head/Neuro Imaging (focus: Dental) * Viewing: 2D/3D and 4D Viewing with embedded functions (e.g. fly, fusion, bone removal, InSpace, …) * Implementation and maintenance of concepts on the basis of the application roadmap. Special focus on workflow aspect

- Steering the project “Computer-based surgery planning in liver surgery” - Software development: 3D visualization of the liver anatomy, vessel segmentation from CT scans, interaction of vascular structures, integration of planning results into the operation room - Steering of scientific researchers - Project application, planning and execution - Installation of national and international cooperation - organisation of workshops
