 Reporting to Southern European commercial director with dotted line to European RM director, responsible to provide tactical and strategic solutions to increase revenue for Italy Spain and Portugal.  Responsible to lead a strategic project across the southern Europe cluster to re-design the new price pack architecture to support the business in the coming years matching consumer, customer and financial perspective.  Business results: +4% net sales/kg improvement

 Reporting to Sales Director, responsible for 170.000.000 of euro of turnover (48% overall retail BU turnover)  Management of retail Channels (wholesalers, regional modern trade, drugstore) for strategy to implement and coordination of priorities in merchandising teams  Responsible for the channel annual budget managing every element of the P&L  Directly managing a team of 20 people (national and regional account) – hiring, training, coordination and evaluation
