Leading the CRM activities of ELCA in the German speaking area of Switzerland. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. Responsible for the business development of the division defining the value proposition and the offering. Responsible for the results of the division in terms of revenue and utilization of the resources. In charge of the project delivery (budget and customer satisfaction). People development coaching, guidance, skills development. Supervision of a team of about 25 IT professionals.
