• Conduct onsite Q-release audit based on VDA 6.3 to ensure product and process quality of new car models into various international markets. • Planning, execution, and follow-up of VDA 6.3 quality release and surveillance audits for Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicle projects in Six international markets. • Quality responsibility for CKD plants in India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and Egypt. • Start-up quality planning and supplier maturity evaluation for new vehicle launches.

• Initial Supplier assessment and process audits based on IATF16949/VDA 6.3 standards for transmission and powertrain components. • New part development of casting, fine blanking, powder metallurgy, machining and synchro commodities • Quality responsibility in a greenfield project including launch readiness and series stabilisation. • PPAP approvals, OEE verification, PSW sign-off, and APQP gateway reviews for Indian and global suppliers • RCA, and corrective action management using 8D methodology.

I used LabVIEW 2013 as my main programming tool. Analysed the wind loads on PV (Photo-Voltaic) system, find the pressure co-efficient. Made a user friendly program in LabVIEW for doing all the necessary calculation in shorter time.

I was responsible for the whole production line. I have to look after online maintenance, planned maintenance, TPM activity, Shut down and quality audits. During my First year of GET program I undergo for training in various departments like maintenance, purchase, quality, stores.
