Human Factors Psychologist Consultant providing services to the Brazilian Department of Airspace Control (DECEA) working in the prevention and investigation of air traffic control incidents. Management of many of the activities carried out by psychologists within the scope of DECEA.

Temporary military service (8 years) at Brazilian Air Force - 1st Lieutenant Psychologist serving in the Brazilian Air Force Academy. Psychologist / Human Factors of the Flight Instruction Squadrons in the BAFA. Responsible for the investigation and prevention of accidents and incidents related to Human Factors at BAFA. Working with the prevention of accidents with the Flight Instructors and Cadets. Responsible for the studies with PILAPT test in the flight instruction selection.

Thesis: Study of Development, Normatization and Validation of the Aviation Personality Survey. The Aviation Personality Survey is based in the Big Five Theory and was created to better psychologically assess aircrew factors and to complement the psychological selection of the Brazilian Air Force Cadets (pilots). It was based in The Armstrong Laboratory Aviation Personality Survey (ALAPS).

Dissertation: Adaptation, Normatization and Validation of “The Pilot Aptitude Tester” for the Brazilian Population. The Pilot Aptitude Tester (PILAPT) is a battery of psychological tests with six tests (psychomotor, cognitive and psychomotor and cognitive combined) created to select pilots (military and civilian). I was the psychologist responsible to develop the manual (including studies of adaptation, normatization and validation).
