Support to cost minimization projects focused on transportation and warehousing. • Improved shipment efficiency, increasing freight volume utilisation from 57% to 59%, vs. a physical limit estimated at 65% • Supported the development of a transportation optimization software, by providing process analysis and quantitative insights
