Part of the PCS/MES team in CSL involved in Control System Validation procedures from FAT to SAT till IQ/OQ/PQ. The Process Control System (PCS) is SIMATIC PCS 7, the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is SIMATIC IT eBR.

Involved in obsolescence resolution project, the project has been upgrade of bar code readers in a lens fabrication line with multiple PLC (SIEMENS, ROCKWELL), ROBOT (MITSUBISHI, OMRON) and VISION systems (COGNEX). Since the line was already a GMP validated production line, I work first on documentation to build a Change Request document, according to GMP GAMP5 standards, and then I executed a Test Plan to implement the bar code readers upgrade.

I’m involved in the IE43 T2 Project for a new filling machine governed by a multiple Rockwell compactLogix series PLCs and Factory Talk SE + ME, as part of the automation system, there is a Staubli Robot Arm and a Cognex vision system.  I jumped into the project at the beginning of the FAT and I will complete the project once the SAT will be over. In Eli Lilly project team I behave as SME software for Rockwell, Staubli and Cognex, and involved in the CSV process and executing Source Code Reviews (SCR).
