Design Thinking, interdisciplinarity, empathy and play. The HEED Institute is dedicatd to the research of the conditions of creativity and innovation. The own innovation approach based on the elements „empathy“ and „play“. With it‘s equal hierachy I joined excursions and was highly involved in our research days. Additionally I supported administrative tasks and was responsible to communicate workshops, lectures and events.
