While working for Deloitte I assisted in the process of several M&A and distressed M&A transactions of medium-sized companies as well as of assets. I was responsible for the presentation of financial ratios, the information memorandum and the search for potential buyers in the transaction process. Further I searched for current insolvencies in the German market and supported in the proposal preparation for distressed M&A advisory mandates.

At Mazars I participated in the audit process and review of a bank demerger of a joint venture between two European banks. Further, I assisted in the conducting of the annual audit process of one investment fund and one VC firm.

I ensured the proper submission of housing subsidy contracts, handling of various electronic mailings. Also, I supported in process optimization and project-specific tasks, including the introduction of automatic church tax collection and ensuring address management for unknown customers.
