Managed a team of 4 IT experts. Worked on SAP ERP implementation project as IT expert and key-user. Successfully performed project of data migration from MSP/A, Monolith and local CRM systems to the SAP ERP. As project manager, software architect and developer successfuly implemented new HR and salary calculation system based on the 1C Enterprise platform and "from hire to retire" process. Developed many local apps and micro services, performed data integration between SAP ERP and local apps.

Successfully performed project of data migration from old sales system to the new ERP/CRM system. Created unique integrated process from lead to cash through development and production. Since December 2012, when NORTH-WEST IT became a part of LBS IT, held the position of an external consultant for LBS IT on complex implementations and architecture of complicated ERP systems.

As project manager and software architect successfully implemented new PDM, ERP systems. Successfully performed project of data migration from old ERP system to the new ERP system. As project manager and software architect successfully implemented new HR and salary calculation system.

Founded my own IT company. Managed 5 departments (Development, Consulting, Support, Sales and Infrastructure). Developed strategies to improve IT services, expand solution availability and increase overall company growth. As Head of PMO supervised project managers and their projects and participated in the most important negotiations with various business stakeholders. As Head of development team managed all developers and performed most complicated development projects.
