Managed E-pin complaints or trouble reports from field agents and resolved any identified issues in a timely manner

Responsible for Prepared monthly staff usage report on post pay accounts and Credit limit adjustment report on corporate accounts. Pursued the recovering aged debts from clients. Performed aging debt analysis with particular emphasis on identifying the causes, proposing and implementing measures to avoid bad debt.
