Responsible from recruitment, interviewing, selection processes, internal & external trainings, social organizations and supporting performance management system. Responsible for external & internal trainings, orientation trainings to new hires. Providing administrative support in the preparation of correspondence, reports (headcount reports, overtime reports, absenteeism reports, turnover reports, cost center reports etc), schedules and various employee issues.

Managed hiring process, reported monthly reports, followed daily employee attendance through SAP system, arranged and co-ordinated staff training and developed events, assisted with payroll duties during peak/short deadline periods, organized training programs of interns (orientation, projects, attendance, etc.), organized and followed up employee’s business travels, visa applications and calculated domestic and foreign work travel expenses.
