After working a year as a technical support officer, I gather very good knowledge of computer maintenance and join here as an IT Officer at the head office of This chain shop business Company.

It was an internet cafe and as a fresher, I haven't had any difficult task. My role was here to help technical officers on some issues after learning from them. as an example: supporting in computer hardware configuration, operating systems installation, network troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving hardware related faults. and also assistance to clients for some of the regular technical issues in using the cafe computers.
