Arranging board meetings, A.&R.Committee meetings, Nomination, Remuneration and HR Committee meetings, G.A. meetings, in coordination with the CTIO, the CEO, the ME. N. Africa's Vise President's Office, the Co. Secretarial Department of the H.O. in South Africa, organizing management meetings/Execution of loan agreements with financing bodies (Société General and OPEC Fund)/Setting appointments and organizing the CEO's calendar accordingly/English & Arabic correspondence.

I undertook different kinds of secretarial work: filing, typing …etc. I also had the responsibility for preparing and presenting monthly and weekly inventory reports and editing sales invoices.
