• Lead qualification and certification efforts for In-flight Entertainment & Connectivity (IFEC) equipment, managing line-fit and retrofit programs. • Lead regulatory approval activities, including CE, FCC, and country-specific certifications. • Act as the primary interface with EASA, OEMs, and customers on regulatory and technical matters. • Overseeing compliance for ETSO approvals and Design Organisation activities. • Support Internal and external audits, and regulatory inspections.

• Develop avionics and electrical systems design packages, ensuring compliance with customer and certification requirements. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support system integration, production, and testing phases. • Prepare certification documentation, system specifications, and test procedures. Key project: Electrical design and development of the Passenger Flight Information System (PFIS) for a B777 VIP aircraft.

• Support Design Organisation (DOA) in developing design, compliance, and certification packages for STCs and Minor Changes for avionics, cabin, and mission systems. • Ensure all design and certification work complied with EASA Part CS-23/25/27, and Part 21 AMC/GM requirements. • Compliance reports, EMI/EMC / flammability test plans/reports, ICA, ELA, W&B, SSA, and AFM Supplements. • Conformity inspections, laboratory testing, and regulatory approval processes.

• Support Design Organisation (DOA) in developing design, compliance, and certification packages for STCs and Minor Changes for avionics and electrical systems. • Produce: - compliance reports, EMI/EMC/flammability test plans/reports, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Electrical Load Analysis, Weight & Balance, and AFM Supplements. - System Safety Assessments (FHA, FTA) to demonstrate compliance with CS/FAR 23.1309/25.1309 requirements. • Work with authorities for approval of certification programs.

• Student Job “Conformance Test Engineer”: Conducted conformance testing for GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS mobile phones to ensure compliance with 3GPP specifications and customer requirements. • Master Thesis “Power Consumption Measurement of 2G/3G Mobile Phones”: Developed test software and GUI using Agilent VEE and Visual C++ to measure power consumption and battery life in idle and talk modes.
