• Migrated core settlement components across major version upgrades, Java 8 to 21, Spring Boot 3 to 4, Spring Batch 4 to 6, on a live payments platform. • Resolved production defects on critical settlement flows, tracing failures to root cause through Datadog metrics, dis- tributed traces, and logs, and implemented Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) on settlement databases to bring data at rest in line with the bank’s encryption standards.

Built and ran an internal Customer Data Platform (in-house Segment) used by product and analytics teams across the company, a core platform capability rather than a single-team service. • Operated its data plane at 30K+ events/sec: a Node.js collector validating events into Kafka, a Java consumer applying per-destination transforms with retries and a dead-letter queue, and a Kafka Streams router, with schema evolution and canary rollouts protecting data quality as event definitions changed.

• Built a change-data-capture pipeline with Maxwell (MySQL binlog) and Amazon Kinesis to sync relational data from 3 microservices into Elasticsearch for search and analytics. • Developed real-time analytics dashboard (Node.js, ReactJS, Elasticsearch) for truck indent placement and warehouse visibility, used by 10+ enterprise clients. • Developed the yard management backend in Spring Boot as one of a team of 3 engineers, covering persistence, validation, and operational tooling.

• Built a Progressive Web App for content delivery (ReactJS, Express.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL), improving page load by 40% for millions of monthly readers. • Migrated a fragmented WordPress/MySQL schema to a normalised PostgreSQL data model, improving data quality and query performance.
