Mazen Ahmed

Working with a team of other capable mathematicians from all over the world to deliver a full, comprehensive guide for approaching and solving a plethora of mathematical problems for students of different school grades.

As part of my obligatory military service, I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to co-supervise a small battery plant in the Naval Arsenal in order to provide batteries for different kinds of naval pieces. During the 12 months of my service, we as a team were able to both increase the output of the plant while reducing the amount of wasted material while implementing a long-term plan to utilize parts of old batteries in production.

Working as part of a team that consists of different expertise from all over the company’s department to be able to set ambitious yet achievable long-term goals and the plans to get to them. In addition, leading day-to-day operations in order to meet short-term goals.

Grade: 1.88 in German scoring system (Gut/Good) Program ranked 3rd in the world. Focusing on several elements starting from basic logistical and operational concepts to dealing with a plethora of software. Master’s thesis: Effects of COVID-19 on Electric and Autonomous Vehicles. Thesis was done under the supervision of Prof. Sebastian Kummer.

Grade: 3.77 in American scoring system (Excellent) A program that offered a considerable amount of knowledge in terms of manufacturing, operations, and management. The program has obtained the accreditation of the ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) since 2010
