At Bancon GmbH as an IT System Engineer/ Administrator, I lead and manage our IT operations, focusing on MS365 administration, ISO IT management, and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure including Azure AD. I oversee enterprise systems such as SAP BASIS, NAS, server backup & manage our server infrastructure using VMware. Additionally I manage ZOHO business relations and IT administrative tasks, and drive initiatives in asset and endpoint management, software migration, cost management and automation.

My responsibilities center around adeptly managing troubleshooting, system administration, and ensuring the uninterrupted functionality of technology.

Installed, configured, and maintained IT equipment to optimize performance while ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
