Started my journey with BAT as a "SAP Business Analyst" for the project "Auctus" in Bangladesh. Working with SAP and its one of the best practitioners BAT, is really overwhelming and challenging at the same time. Here I'm looking after the operational side mainly, integrated with SAP. In brief, SAP APO, PP, MM, LE, PM modules I'm dealing with to maintain array between business and SAP. Besides project 'Auctus', I am also involved with other Change Request (CR) of BAT in Asia Pacific (AsPac) region.

 Project Implementation in SAP S/4 HANA as lead PM consultant.  Project Implementation Experience on SAP MM in SAP S/4HANA.  SAP MM and PM Module Configuration.  Unit, Integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).  Data preparation and data migration through LSMW.  CTM & End User Training – development and delivery.  SAP Cross module knowledge in PP, QM, FI.  SAP post-implementation support experience.  Facilitate SAP workshops.

1. Maintain Standard Work Procedure. 2. Problem Solving through Standard Work. 3. Train Operators to follow Standard Work Procedure for Ameliorative Output and Quality. 4. Lean Thinking to Find Out Effective Solution. 5. Unification of Departments through Lean Management, Especially to Bring Production and Quality under One Umbrella.

1. Effective and efficient annual forecasting for production and deliver the periodic production plans to the relevant units. 2. Due time re-plan production complying with actual and forecasted demands. 3. Productive materials requirement planning against the forecasted demands. 4. Successful preparation of weekly lacquer schedule for lacquer production and monitor the progress accordingly. 5. Effective communication with all production units to ensure product availability.
